Dragos Dumitriu

dragosLean Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coach, Senior Consultant, High Performance Coach at Teredata

Dragos’ passion is to enable organisations to optimise workflows for high performance: accelerate time to market, simplify solution delivery, and realise sustainable gains in morale, profitability, and shareholder value. Many of the teams he works with achieve at least 200% improvements in productivity within one year. Spikes of up to 500% improvements have been realised with minimum investment and without changes to the existing organisational structure. Teams who reached this level of performance range from startup companies to Fortune 100 enterprises and span across several industries including technology, finance, insurance, government, defence, law, publishing and healthcare.

Throughout his career, Dragos worked in almost every role critical to software development, IT operations, and professional services. He held training, consulting or leadership roles for Great Plains Software, Siebel, Microsoft, Avanade, LeanKanban University, and CC Pace Systems. He trained and coached thousands of people in over four hundred engagements worldwide and received several awards for service delivery, innovation and leadership. In 2016 he was endowed with the Lifetime Achievement Award by LeanKanban University for his contributions pioneering Kanban practices and for helping organisations deliver outstanding performance improvements.

Dragos is a senior consultant within the Professional Services group at Teradata Corporation, the global leader for data warehousing and analytic solutions. He is available worldwide for training, coaching, and for speaking engagements with a minimum one month advance notice.
